Cromford Mills cafe is the meeting point for this week’s Landscape session. So much to paint or draw here. The backdrop of the mills, the waterwheel and the quaint shops. Over the road in one direction is the wharf and beautiful canal pathway. In the other direction is the fast flowing river and countryside beyond. You could even venture across to the pond. Plenty to inspire here. Bring your art supplies, appropriate clothing and maybe a folding stool. This one is a little out of town but worth the journey. Parking, toilets and refreshments are all here. Just come along and draw Derbyshire in the summer.
